精密鋼管長(zhǎng)度和外形有哪些要求？下面無(wú)縫鋼管廠就來(lái)給大家說(shuō)說(shuō)！
國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)在一般廠家生產(chǎn)的精密鋼管的長(zhǎng)度為2000～12000mm，對(duì)定尺和倍盡長(zhǎng)度的規(guī)定為：精密鋼管定尺長(zhǎng)度及倍尺總長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)在通常長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi)，當(dāng)精密鋼管的長(zhǎng)度≤5000mm時(shí)，全長(zhǎng)允許偏差為0～5mm；長(zhǎng)度＞5000mm時(shí)，全長(zhǎng)允許偏差為0～10mm，每個(gè)倍尺長(zhǎng)度的精密鋼管應(yīng)留出的切口裕量為：外徑≤159mm時(shí)，留出的切口裕量為5～10mm；當(dāng)精密鋼管的外徑＞mm時(shí)，留出的切口裕量為10～15mm。
在對(duì)精密鋼管的外徑要求上，一般對(duì)精密鋼管的彎曲度應(yīng)不大于3.0mm/m。外徑大于16mm的精密鋼管全長(zhǎng)彎曲度按上屈服強(qiáng)度Reh的不同，應(yīng)符合以下規(guī)定：Reh≤500MPa，≤0.15%L；Reh＞500MPa，≤0.20%L。如果精密鋼管的供求雙方經(jīng)過(guò)協(xié)議，每米彎曲度和全長(zhǎng)彎曲度可采用其他的規(guī)定。
不圓度方面，精密鋼管的不圓度應(yīng)不大于外徑公差的80%；當(dāng)精密鋼管的壁厚不均，供求雙方應(yīng)妥當(dāng)協(xié)商。

Out of roundness, the out of roundness of precision steel tube should be not greater than 80% of the outside diameter tolerance;When the precision of steel tube wall thickness uneven, both supply and demand should be appropriate to negotiate.
